Weekly Goals: This was a great week! I think something is wrong with my scale! In fact, I might not have gained as much as I thought I did last week. I’m getting a new battery to see if that helps. I didn’t do a good job of keeping track of my workouts. I did run more than I logged but I don’t remember. ![]()
I’m letting myself have a few more treats now but I’m still trucking on with eating mainly fruits and veggies. My goal this week is to reach the 10 pounds lost mark! Yippee!!
Workouts:
Feb 29th- Rest Day
March 1st- 2.45 mile run, 3.15 mile walk, 20 minute zumba!
March 2nd- 30 minute zumba
March 3rd- Forgot to write it down!
March 4th- Forgot to write it down!
March 5th- 3.10 mile walk, 30 minute zumba
March 6th- 2.45 walk
